The church is led by a board of Elders normally known as the Oversight of the Church consisting of Elders and the Pastor. The diaconate consists of a group of godly men who deal with most of the pragmatic issues in a Spiritual manner.

Migrated from India and has been ministering at the Church for 23 years. He has four children, two of which are married.
Mr Mervyn G Leslie Mr Mervyn G Leslie - Elder/Secretary
Grew up in the north of Victoria and is one of the founding members of the church. He has two married sons.
Mr Hock Seong Chang Mr Hock Seong Chang - Elder/Treasurer
Migrated from Malaysia and as been in the church for the last 25 years. He has three children, two of which are married.
Mr G Daiva Prasad Mr G Daiva Prasad - Elder/Mission
Migrated from India and has been in the church for 23 years. He has two married children.
